Comprehensive Speech and/or Language Evaluation
Currently at Shipyard Speech LLC, we can provide comprehensive evaluations for adults and children in the following areas:
- Articulation
- Receptive Vocabulary
- Expressive Vocabulary
- Listening Comprehension Skills
- Oral Expression Skills
- Stuttering
- Social Skills / Pragmatics

If you choose to pursue a comprehensive evaluation with Shipyard Speech LLC, here is how it will play out:
Based on the identified concerns gathered during the free consultation, a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments will be administered in order to identify if there is a need for speech and/or language services. A full evaluation report is included. If found eligible, the evaluation report will also propose goals to target with recommended frequency (e.g., how many times a week and length of sessions), and service delivery model (e.g., tele-therapy, in-person, combination of both).
Evaluations are typically scheduled for 1 hour depending on the amount of areas that need to be tested.
